Using the proven Trix Organizer database structure, Trix FastDoc is a subscription based service. Clients access documents using their Web Browser. You have a choice of Edit or View-only clients.

The system uses a robust, reliable, client-server architecture. The underlying database is Microsoft SQL Server. Files are securely stored inside the database which is regularly backed up to drives at separate locations.

The system conforms to ISO 82045 and N819 specifications for Document Management.

Viewing user subscriptions are available in blocks of 5 users. Edit (Admin) user subscriptions are available singly.
