CAD is widely used by
landscapers for new designs. However, their clients' house lot information
is often just a municipal plot plan on paper. The landscaper seldom receives
CAD files of plot plans with structure location. The problem is how to get the plot plans into the landscaper's CAD for landscape design. To solve this the plot plans are scanned on a desktop scanner as raster files. TracTrix converts these to vectors for editing and scaling in the landscaper's CAD. |
