Shipping and media charges: Normal delivery is via the Internet and comprises the installer application, serial number and a manual in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. There is no shipping charge for this method of delivery. Note: All orders are processed during regular business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, eastern, M-F). If you choose electronic delivery instructions and serial number will be emailed to you during these hours. You will receive an invoice by regular mail.

If you wish to have physical installation media (CD-ROM) and a printed manual shipped there is an extra charge. You will be provided with this option when you place your order.
