Shipping and media charges: Normal delivery is via the Internet and comprises the installer application, serial number and a manual in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. There is no shipping charge for this method of delivery. Note: Orders are processed during regular business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, eastern, M-F). Instructions and serial number will be emailed to you during these hours. Please allow about 30 minutes from submission of your order for processing and transmission of the instructions. For all orders over $75 a paper invoice will be sent to you by regular mail.

If you wish to have physical installation media (CD-ROM) and a printed manual shipped there is an extra charge. You will be provided with this option when you place your order.

All licenses include 30 days full support and maintenance.
